13270598SOME PLACES TO EAT WHILE YOU LOOK FOR A HOUSE.    Brother Brunos in the strip mall, where Home Depot, Shoprite, and Staples, reside, is a Italian bistro, that welcomes families and children , with fabulous pizza, chicken francese, fresh salads, and quick service, at exit 105 Kiamesha, off 17. (reasonable) Mr. WILLY'S on Route 42  towards Forestburg at the entrance To Sackett Lake, has great food. a lovely bar with a simple menu , and they do off the charts Catering. Look at their website.       Yiazou Cafe in Liberty , has a fabulous Greek restuarant that has wonderful wonderful fresh delicious food , and  is never empty , in  a mini mall on route 52, (Trading Post the greatest hardware store ever is near there) Rolling River Cafe in Parksville, near Hunter Lake, is Russian food, organic wines, and specialties that are delicious. White lake, has a variety , Benjy and Jakes, Luzon Station, and Fat lady Cafe are all really good, watch the sunset and all the fun on White lake with motor boats. Dutches in Rock Hill has great sandwiches and live rock and roll music on Thursday nights, , Rock Hill Diner in Rock HIll .and  Miss Monticello Diner, on the main drag of Monticello are  very good also. the Homestead , a steak and seafood house, is right off 17 at exit 107, and is quite popular. There are many more that good , this shows the variety, and you will not starve in Sullivan County.

CRYSTAL RUN MEDICAL CENTER , is  relatively new and has an urgent care walk in right off route 17 at exit 109, just incase you get bitten by a bee . or fall down while you are hiking in the woods, and looking for a house. There is a wonderful hospital in Middletown, Orange County Regional, and Chrystal Run will send you there if you need emergency care. Harris Hospital is just out side of Liberty, There are several spas in the area, New Age Health Spa is in Neversink, and Rainbow Chi Spa is in Fallsburg, there are a variety of acupuncture practitioners, masseuses , and several very good chiropractors..

There is a Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, and a famous Center of Discovery, a revolutionary handicap center in Harris New York.

13270598 SOME SULLIVAN COUNTY BED AND BREAKFASTS;    The JEFFERSONIAN in  Jeffersonville, formal , well appointed, and comfortable, it is on the main street of Jeffersonville, a pretty town to explore and enjoy. THE INN AT ST.JOSEPH , in Forestburg, right on Lake Joseph a fabulous bass lake, REFLECTIONS  a sweet retreat on a pond in Forestburg. THE BRADSTANS , a sophisticated bed and breakfast that features caberet on weekends and is right across from White Lake. STONE ACRES in Youngstown, for country beauty and relaxation, very private, very beautiful.  There is also a Russian Restuarant that has a inn as well, called THE ROLLING RIVER AND CAFE   INN  in Parksville.  The owners are entertaining , and food is great.  All of these places have websites. If one just wants a simple straightforward place, I suggest the ROCK HILL INN , 109 off of route 17.
